Setu Portal accepts grievances related to public services and infrastructure. Below are the categories of issues you can report:

Roads & Transport

What We Cannot Address

While Setu aims to help with many public service issues, there are certain types of grievances that cannot be processed through this platform:

Non-Eligible Grievances

  • Private disputes between individuals
  • Commercial or business-related complaints
  • Matters sub-judice (already in court)
  • Policy decisions or legislation
  • Service matters of government employees
  • Complaints requiring extensive investigation
  • Anonymous complaints without verifiable details

Alternative Channels

For issues that cannot be addressed through Setu, consider these alternatives:

  • Legal Matters: Contact appropriate courts or legal aid services
  • Policy Feedback: Use MyGov.in for policy suggestions
  • Employee Grievances: Approach respective department grievance cells
  • Emergency Situations: Dial 100 for police, 101 for fire, 102 for ambulance
